What leadership development workshops does ProAct facilitate?

ProAct University is an innovative curriculum that transforms the way people communicate, solve problems, make decisions, and serve their diverse communities.

ProAct has curated a robust curriculum to teach participants about the root causes of the social issues they will address through service. This curriculum informs our youth, corporate, and nonprofit programs covering a variety of social issues.

We have adapted our content for parents, educators, nonprofit and business leaders, and community members to learn from and use for their own knowledge, to teach others, or to adapt for their organizations.

Our experienced training partners are here to support you through in-person facilitated workshops and online training and resources.

This platform is accessible on any device.

Redefining Community Service Through Training

We believe that meaningful relationships and an informed community are critical to the success of ProActive Communities. Join us and learn how we are helping groups cross social, racial, and economic barriers through education and training.

As authorized partners and licensed facilitators for the Arbinger Institute and the Everything DiSC suites, ProAct offers a robust collection of evidence-based leadership development, mindset change, and culture management workshops and tools for any individual, team, or organization to become self-aware and equipped to maximize their impact in the community.

Below is a list of the training and leadership development workshops we offer to our partners and community members.
    1. Outward Inclusion & Outward Inclusion for Leaders: Not addressing the mindset of your employees regarding equity, diversity, and inclusion will only lead to minimal success. The change efforts you try to implement won’t stick, you’ll receive pushback, and you won’t build the inclusive organization you want. Outward Inclusion offers the opportunity to create a safe space where everyone is invited into the conversation. This workshop includes everything needed to not only implement but sustain inclusion practices organization-wide. Email us at learn@proactindy.org to learn more.
    2. Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset: In this workshop, participants learn the difference between inward and outward mindsets. They discover where they have been inward and how to turn more outward. Email us at learn@proactindy.org to learn more.
    3. Outward Leadership: This one-day program is designed to significantly advance leaders’ abilities to implement outward mindset ways of working within their teams and organizations. It equips leaders with a suite of 38 practical tools to ensure they and their employees are working with an outward mindset. Participants are equipped to use all 38 tools and leave the workshop with a specific plan for implementing the tools to address their pressing organizational issues. Email us at learn@proactindy.org to learn more.
    4. Living with an Outward Mindset: In this workshop, participants learn the difference between inward and outward mindsets and how to apply outward mindset principles to every life at home. Email us at learn@proactindy.org to learn more.
